CEHRB
Year Started: 2009
CEHRB predominantly stores excess material from haemato-oncology and oncology samples referred for diagnostic testing and disease monitoring. These samples are stored at presentation and throughout the disease course, including at remission and relapse. Additionally, CEHRB stores haemato-oncology and oncology samples which are specifically taken for the biobank, usually in response to a specific project. Due to a large patient population, CEHRB is able to collate sufficient research material from all classifications of neoplastic haematological disorders including those that are rare.
