For patients at the Royal Marsden only, following standard of care pathways. Collecting samples from: 1. Patient aged over 18 years old 2. A histologically confirmed diagnosis of prostate cancer 3. Patient willing and able to provide written informed consent Retrospective samples: - Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue taken from the primary tumour (and metastases if clinically-indicated) at the point of routine standard of care biopsy Prospective samples: - Whole blood - Saliva - Urine
