RAPPER

RAPPER (Radiogenomics: Assessment of Polymorphisms for Predicting the Effects of Radiotherapy) is a national radiogenomics study investigating the association between common genetic variation determined by single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and radiation toxicity.
