GoDARTS

The GoDARTS Study has stored specimens of whole blood, serum, urine and DNA from consented patients with type 2 diabetes and matching controls (non diabetics) resident in the Tayside region of Scotland. Additionally GWAS data on ~10,000 cases is available. This resource is available to researchers worldwide to help define genetic factors related to diabetes including susceptibility, complications and response to treatment.
