Asp-PSC samples
Biological samples will be collected for patients with primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) and Inflmattory Bowel Diseas (IBD) for the trial called Effect of Aspirin on Reducing Cancer & Improving Outcomes in Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis (Asp-PSC). Samples will be colleted as screening and every 6 months for five years for 968 patients. The following samples will be collected: 1. 6ml of whole blood genomic DNA (Screening only) 2. 4ml of plasma for ctDNA (Screening and every 6 months) 3. 7 cyrovials of plasma (Screening and every 6 months) 4. 4 cyrovials of serum (Screening and every 6 months) 5. 8 cyrovials of urine (Screening and every 6 months)
