NURTuRE-AKI: AKI to CKD progression (ACKD)

This study aims to establish a prospective cohort of people with AKI (initially 400 patients), in whom stored samples (plasma, serum, spun urine and whole blood) will be collected at time of AKI and at subsequent timed intervals during recovery including long term data follow-up through HES/ONS linkage.
