Blood samples are being collected from study participants in 2019-2023. Blood serum and plasma are obtained from centrifugation of RST and EDTA tubes, respectively. For many participants DNA samples may be suitable for epigenetic studies. Samples will not be available until 2023. Please contact the laboratory for further information.

Fit and well (finding)

Millennium Cohort Study

Year Started: 2008

Shed milk teeth were collected from participants in 2008 when participants were aged 7-8. Parents were asked to send these via post. 4,168 teeth were collected from 3,031 children. The teeth are now available for analysis.
